Questions We Get Asked

Older contacts can absolutely be reactivated. The approach depends on how old the list is and what permission you have. We audit your list first, segment by recency and engagement history, and write sequences appropriate for each group. Contacts you have not reached in a long time get a lighter touch to begin with, acknowledging the gap and giving them a clear reason to re-engage. The message and timing matter more than the age of the contact.

Both options work well depending on your situation. A one-off campaign is a fast way to generate revenue from a dormant list, often delivering results within a couple of weeks. Ongoing reactivation runs continuously, automatically re-engaging contacts who go cold after a set period of inactivity. Many clients run an initial campaign to prove the value, then set up ongoing automation to keep the pipeline warm.

That is completely normal and it is part of what we handle as part of setup. We clean and de-duplicate your list before the campaign starts: removing invalid email addresses and phone numbers, standardising formatting and flagging contacts unlikely to be viable. A cleaner list produces better results and protects the deliverability of future campaigns.

If you are not on Flow, we can build a bespoke reactivation system using n8n, connected to your existing CRM or email platform.
