You might need one feature from Tier 3 and nothing else from it, or you might want to start smaller than Tier 1 and build up. We are flexible. Where Flow Ends

What North Labs Flow isn't, and what comes next

Flow and field service management

Flow owns the customer relationship from first enquiry through to a job being booked and ready to start: capturing the lead, qualifying it, following up, getting it quoted and scheduled. It does not do the job itself.

If you run a trades or service business, you need a field service management tool alongside Flow: live job dispatch, technician scheduling, on-site job sheets, parts and inventory management. Flow does not handle any of that, and it is not trying to.

North Labs offers a dedicated integration service built around ServiceM8 so the two systems work together: Flow handles everything before and after the job, ServiceM8 handles the job itself. We can also integrate Flow with other FSM tools that have an open API, but ServiceM8 is where we have the deepest hands-on experience.

Not every business needs both lead management and job management. If your main requirement is job management rather than CRM and follow-up, ServiceM8 on its own may be all you need. North Labs offers ServiceM8 setup and integration as a standalone service, no Flow subscription required.

Flow and paid advertising

Flow captures, qualifies and converts leads however they arrive: organically, via referral, or from paid advertising. It is the system that makes sure nothing leaks out once enquiries start coming in.

Generating that initial flow of enquiries through Facebook or Google ads is a separate service. Flow and advertising work well together: ads fill the pipeline, Flow makes sure every lead is followed up properly.

What Flow does include is social media scheduling and publishing and automated review requests, and both matter more for lead generation than most businesses realise. Consistent social content keeps you visible and builds trust before a potential customer ever picks up the phone. Reviews on Google, Trustpilot and Trustatrader directly influence whether someone chooses you over a competitor, and they improve your local search ranking at the same time. Flow handles both automatically, so your reputation and presence keep building in the background without it depending on you remembering to do it.

Already running ads or need help getting found in the first place? North Labs also handles Facebook and Google advertising as a standalone service.

Flow is a productised platform: configured to your business rather than custom-built from scratch. It covers the most common operational needs for service businesses, fast and at a fixed monthly cost. Our bespoke services are for when you need something Flow cannot do: complex automation connecting arbitrary tools with n8n, a fully bespoke website on Next.js, or a custom AI agent built into your own software. Most clients start on Flow and layer bespoke work on top as their needs grow.

Most clients are live within 5 to 10 working days of their discovery call, depending on the tier and how quickly we receive your content and sign-off. Tier 1 is often faster. We will give you a clear timeline at the outset.

Yes. For ServiceM8 specifically, we offer a dedicated setup service that connects Flow and ServiceM8 so they work together seamlessly: Flow handles the customer relationship side, ServiceM8 handles the job itself. If you use a different field service management tool with an open API, we can usually integrate that too.

Flow does not include a website builder, and that is intentional. We build all websites and landing pages bespoke on Next.js, not from a template. If you need a website, landing page or funnel, our Build service handles that. Many Flow clients combine Flow with a North Labs-built site for the best result.

Day-to-day you work from a single dashboard. We provide full training as part of your onboarding and are on hand for questions as you settle in. No technical background is needed to get value from Flow from day one.
