No. Most clients come to us with a problem, not a blueprint. We run a discovery and mapping session at the start of every project to identify the best automation approach together. You describe what you want to stop doing manually or what is currently falling through the cracks, and we work out the solution. You do not need to know the technical answer, just the outcome you are aiming for.

Simple single-trigger automations can go live within a week. Multi-system workflows with branching logic and multiple integrations typically take two to four weeks from scoping to launch. We give you a clear timeline before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Workflows built in n8n are modular. Adding a new tool or extending an existing workflow is straightforward and does not require rebuilding from scratch. Many clients come back to add new automation as their business grows or their software stack changes. We offer both one-off additions and ongoing retainer arrangements.

Most automation builds start as a one-off project. Some clients then move onto an ongoing support and development retainer, which covers monitoring, adjustments and new workflow builds as needs arise.
