Every member sees the same conversations, conversations can be assigned to specific people and internal notes can be left on a thread that the customer never sees. You can also set up routing rules so certain types of enquiry go to the right team member automatically.

It can work either way, depending on your preference. Some businesses route all inbound enquiries through the unified inbox and use it as their primary customer communication hub. Others connect specific inboxes, such as an enquiries@ address, while keeping their personal email separate. We set it up to match how your team actually wants to work.
